However, if for some reason you wish to cancel your order or are not completely satisfied with our products then it’s totally cool – just drop us an email at sales@zozocart.com with the subject line ‘Refunds and replacement’ along with your order number and we will sort it out for you. Every member is important to us so we’ll also take your feedback on board and endeavor to improve our products and services and keep providing you with a better customer experience.
Orders will only be cancelled if the products haven’t been shipped out. With the exception of this, we consider all Replacements & Refunds on a case by case basis. We do not provide any refund if the product is delivered and used at client side. Refund and Replacements will be provided for manufacturing Defects.
